How long does it take to get to get our final product?

They are normally ready between 4-6 weeks as all frames are made to order. You will be contacted to either arrange collection or your Precious Impression can be couriered to your home for an additional charge.

Is there an age restriction on taking a Precious Impression?

The simple answer is no.  Whether you are a day old or 100 we can take the precious impression for you!

Do we need to know exactly what we want when we make a booking?

At the time of the casting, the only information required is what you want cast.  In terms of the style of frame we are more than happy to discuss the options available to ensure your finished frame complements your photo and also the room where your frame will be displayed.

What is the minimum amount I need to pay for a Precious Memories Gift Voucher?
